Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Smart Sudoku mobile application ("App") operated by Smart Puzzles ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Smart Sudoku is a puzzle game application that offers Sudoku puzzles at various difficulty levels. The App includes free and paid features.

3. User Accounts

The App does not require you to create an account. Your game progress and preferences are stored locally on your device.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers the following in-app purchases:

• Premium (Lifetime): A one-time purchase of $3.99 USD that removes ads and provides unlimited hints and daily puzzles.
• Prestige (Subscription): A recurring subscription available at $9.99/month, $26.99/quarter, or $83.99/year that includes all Premium features plus AI Coach access, exclusive puzzles, custom themes, and advanced ranking tools.

5. Subscription Terms

• Prestige subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings (App Store or Google Play Store).
• No refunds will be provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.

6. Free Tier

Free users receive 3 puzzles and 3 hints per day. Additional puzzles can be unlocked by watching rewarded advertisements. The App displays banner and rewarded ads to free-tier users.

7. Advertisements

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to free-tier users. By using the App, you acknowledge that third-party ad networks may collect certain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to graphics, user interface, algorithms, text, and design, is owned by Smart Puzzles and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with the App's purchase verification or ad systems.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities in the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Puzzles shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective when posted within the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Smart Puzzles operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
